Richard

This sweet kitten, we are calling Richard, was found crying all alone and thankfully brought to the Chesterfield County Animal Shelter for safety. The staff noticed that this sweet kitty has an injury to its lower lip and appears to be missing some teeth, and put out a plea for urgent rescue help.
