Lobo needs help now!
Lobo was surrendered to our vet with a horrendous injury to his leg that occurred a few weeks ago. They thought they had it under control but it got infected and now will require an amputation. It's very painful and we cannot let him suffer. Of course, LSPCA agreed to help this sweet boy. Right now he's on pain meds and antibiotics. His surgery is scheduled for later this week at an estimated cost of $800. Added to the cost of vaccines, neuter and aftercare, the total will be about $1600! If you can help toward Lobo's care, it would be appreciated. We will find a medical foster for him when his surgery is completed. In the meantime, he is in excellent hands with Faulkner Animal Hospital. Thank you to our village for your support of our mission to advocate for those who do not have a voice.
